Some would consider this a holiday treat.  We bake it all year round and you can have it for any day you consider a holiday!!!  This is a raisin loaf where the bakers fold pockets of almond paste in the dough. Each loaf is scaled off at one pound before baking.  Great for breakfast, with tea/coffee or anytime! 16 oz loaf
