These are a “big time” Dutch treat - and for the Gluten Free Dutchman this product is MORE of a treat. We use our regular almond paste and sugar but use rice flour for the binder. Attention - we are not a Gluten Free facility but do our best to keep these separate from our other goods for our GF customers.
